Forget about the stresses of planning a large group getaway and enjoy a simpler group vacation at Splash Mansion. This 11-bedroom, 11 ½-bathroom cabin with room for up to 38 guests will offer all the room, entertainment, and conveniences you want and need for a fantastic retreat, reunion, or large group getaway.

You won’t have to spread out across many cramped, uncomfortable hotel rooms, and you’ll have lots of shared living spaces where guests can hang out, play, eat, and relax together. And with gorgeous all-wood interiors and beautiful mountain views from many spaces in the house, you’ll get that classic cabin experience you dream of. But Splash Mountain offers much more than the typical Smoky Mountain cabin. It’s loaded with top-of-the-line amenities and finished with luxury details – plus a 33-inch door clearance for easier access. A spacious living area features a big screen TV and plenty of seating, the kitchen boasts double appliances and a large dining area, and the cabin offers game tables, a private home theater, and a private indoor pool! Bedrooms have a mix of king, queen, and bunk beds, bathrooms are lovely, there are TVs in all the bedrooms, and there is even a separate covered picnic area overlooking the trees! With all these amenities and plenty of space (7,500 square feet!), Splash Mansion will make reunions, retreats, and group vacations a breeze. You can keep everyone comfortable and entertained without even leaving the cabin. When you do want to get the group out of the cabin, you’ll have a short drive (less than 7 miles) to downtown Pigeon Forge and not much farther (less than 10 miles) to downtown Gatlinburg. Dollywood, Dixie Stampede, and The Island are just a few miles away, and you’ll have easy access to dozens of restaurants, shops, and more family friendly attractions to please both kids and adults of all ages!

Living room
Gather with friends and family in the spacious living room of Splash Mansion. It’s decorated in mountain motif and has lots of comfortable seating, including suede chairs and leather sofas. A large rug centers the room and sits below a round coffee table where you can play games or keep snacks and drinks. The seating flanks the large stone fireplace where the big screen TV is mounted above the mantel. There are also high-top tables on either side of the fireplace, providing extra seating and offering a place to play cards or have a drink. Open, spacious, and bright, the living room of Splash Mansion is great for groups wanting to relax and hang out together on lazy, rainy, or cold days staying around the cabin.

Kitchen
Featuring a breakfast bar with seating, lots of cabinets, ample counter space, 2 refrigerators, 2 stoves/ovens, a microwave, coffeemaker, blenders, toasters, and more, the kitchen of Splash Mansion has everything you’ll need to make meals and snacks for groups in the cabin. The chefs in the group will appreciate the many amenities, offering them a chance to try some new recipes (check out our blog), or they can just prepare some favorite group snacks. On game day, set out a buffet of chips and dip, dessert, and drinks. Stock the refrigerator with plenty of food and you’ll have all you need without leaving the cabin.

Dining area
Once you get meals ready, sit down to enjoy them in the spacious dining area. A high-top table has room for 4, and another long dining table has room to seat 14. You can seat 4 more at the breakfast bar, and others can spread out on the cozy sofas and at the tables in the living room. There are also more seating options found throughout the cabin, including the 4-person table by the wet bar and picnic tables outside. In all, you’ll find plenty of places for guests to enjoy in-cabin meals. When you don’t want to try to find a restaurant for your huge group, cooking in the cabin is a fantastic option.

Rec room
Loaded with games that everyone will love, the rec room at Splash Mansion features arcade games, a foosball table, and an air hockey table. Sports fans can flip on the flatscreen TV and watch games while hanging out on the couch or playing around, and the kitchenette with shelving, a sink, and refrigerator is great for having snacks and drinks on hand. It’s a cool space that the kids will especially love.

Media room
The third floor offers more entertainment in the media room with an open-air balcony. Kick back on the comfy couch and watch movies, shows, and ball games on the flatscreen TV. This floor also has a 4-person table where you can play card games or board games and a kitchenette where you can store snacks and drinks. With such a large group, it will be great to have so many separate living spaces where guests can hang out.

Home theater
A high-end amenity that’s great for groups, the private home theater in Splash Mansion will be the perfect place for a movie night in the cabin. The warm tone on the walls is inviting, and the movie posters add a touch of fun. The room features 16 theater-style seats and a huge movie screen for your favorite flicks. Just pop some popcorn, bring some candy and drinks, and have that classic movie experience without leaving the cabin!

Private indoor pool
It’s all in the name at Splash Mansion. A private indoor pool on the first floor – with a 33-inch door clearance for handicap access – ensures pool fun year-round. Forget about pool days getting washed out by rain – just head to your own private pool room to float and splash around! Kids will love getting to play no matter the weather (with water kept at a comfortable temp), and adults can relax in the chairs or on a float in the water. One side has windows looking into the living room, while the other side features windows showcasing the mountain views!

Bedrooms
Splash Mansion features 11 lovely bedrooms with 9 king-size beds and 4 queen-size bunk beds. If you need some extra sleeping space, it also has 2 sleeper sofas. On the entry level, find 2 king bedrooms, each with a connected bathroom that has a walk-in shower specially made for wheelchairs. The second floor houses 2 more king bedrooms, along with 2 queen bunk rooms. All 4 of these bedrooms have their own bathrooms, so you’ll have plenty of space for getting ready. The roll-in shower also has a 55-inch clearance for handicap access. On the third floor, you’ll find 5 king bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. The bedrooms are welcome retreats, offering their own TVs and conveniences like dressers and nightstands. And with a bathroom for every bedroom, group getaways will be that much simpler.

Outdoor spaces
When you want some fresh air, you’ll have plenty of options at Splash Mansion. Head out onto the decks to enjoy the mountain views and the changing seasons. For cookouts, take advantage of the charcoal grill. Grill burgers and hot dogs for an easy large-group meal that you can enjoy in the cabin. There are also 2 outdoor hot tubs, so everyone will have a chance at a relaxing dip before bed. And of course, rocking chairs on the decks allow you to sit back with a drink and just enjoy the peacefulness that the mountains bring.

Other amenities
At Splash Mansion, high-speed Wi-Fi will make it easy to find out what’s happening downtown or stream your favorite Netflix shows to binge watch. High-end amenities make you feel pampered, while mountain views remind you that you’re tucked away in the beautiful natural surroundings of the Smoky Mountains. Throughout the cabin, guests can stay entertained with a Blu-ray player, a VCR, and a CD player – on top of the game tables, home theater, and private indoor pool! The cabin also has a washer/dryer, which is great for getting fresh towels or washing clothes after hiking or spending all day walking along the Parkway.

Splash Mansion features enough amenities to keep you from ever having to leave the cabin, but it’s also not too far from the excitement along the Parkway in both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
