The gourmet kitchen starts the day right, with rich blue cabinets, stainless appliances, stunning views, a large island with bar seating, double appliances, dishes and glassware, utensils and cooking tools, and plenty of space for more than one chef to whip up meals! Sit down for meals together at the large dining table before heading to the game room to shoot pool, play shuffleboard, or relax on the leather sofa and watch TV on the big screen.

The theater space boasts tons of comfortable seating, a big screen TV mounted on the wall, a card table for board games or drinks and snacks, a large fireplace that feels modern yet cozy, and tons of windows framing the amazing views of the Great Smoky Mountains. The private indoor pool is another fantastic space, with waterfalls, a grotto, a spa area, a kiddie pool, and more.

Outside, putt around on the mini golf course, it back on the spacious decks with a drink, enjoy meals at the outdoor tables, gather around the firepits at night, or soak away stress in the bubbling hot tub. At night, guests can retreat to their own bedrooms that are retreats within this spacious lodge. There are 5 king-size beds, 2 triple bunks (twin size), 2 futons, and 3 queen sleepers. The lodge also has high-speed internet, paved parking for 6, easy keyless entry, a washer/dryer, and a portico for rainy day arrivals.

Living room
Enjoy your own luxury lodge in the living room of Skyriver Falls. Picture windows frame amazing mountain views all around the room, and the ceilings soar for an open feel. Light floods this gorgeous room and highlights the massive stone fireplace that climbs to the ceiling. There is a big flatscreen TV mounted on the fireplace, and there is a large coffee table where you can stack drinks and snacks. It’s even big enough for board games on family game night!

With sofas, chairs, and chaise loungers, there is ample space for seating a group. After a day of hiking in the national park, riding roller coasters at Dollywood, shopping at The Island, and exploring Pigeon Forge, your group will appreciate this amazing space to call home. Gather here to reconnect with friends, chat with family, and just enjoy the best of mountain life. You’ll also have easy deck access when you want some fresh air.

Kitchen
Chefs rejoice! The gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen is ready for the challenge of feeding a group. Modern blue cabinets pair with stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. Touches of wood keep the warm cabin feel, and the large windows frame more of those great views. The sink and dishwasher are in the island, offering an easy space to clean up. It’s also a nice spot for setting out snacks or drinks on days around the cabin.

Pop popcorn in the 2 microwaves for movie night, bake cookies and casseroles in the 2 ovens, simmer meals on the 2 4-burner stovetops, and stock the 2 double-door refrigerators with bottom-drawer freezers with fresh fruit, veggies, ice cream, and drinks. The kitchen also has 2 coffeemakers at the coffee station, pots and pans, dishware, cooking tools, and more.

Dining Area
The dining area is located just off the kitchen and has a lovely wood table for 12 next to the 4-person breakfast bar. Set the table for a decadent dinner, a big country breakfast in the morning, or an easy lunch in the afternoon. Holidays, birthdays, and celebrations are extra-special in this scenic space overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains.

When you’re not gathered for a great meal, clear the table and set this up as your family game night! Bring along your favorite board games or some decks of cards and set up for a night of fun. The kitchen will be close by for snacks, and you’ll have wonderful views as you play. It’s also a nice spot for scrapbooking, crafts with the kids, coloring, puzzles, homeschooling, and catching up on some work.

Private Indoor Pool
Splash into fun at the private indoor pool at Skyriver Falls! This gorgeous room will be a favorite with all ages, with something for everyone. Windows run all across the room, so you won’t miss the views as you float, swim, splash, and hang out. There is a nice sitting area with a table and big screen TV for adults watching the kiddos or taking a break from the water.

The lazy river will take you floating around through the cave grotto and beneath the waterfalls. Underwater lights create a magical setting for nighttime swims, and the kiddie pool is perfect for the little ones. There is also a jetted spa for relaxing here!

Additional pool features include steps and a rail leading into the pool and a full bathroom so guests don’t have to leave this space when swimming. With a warm wood ceiling, recessed lighting, and stone features all around, you’ll be swimming in luxury.

Rec Loft
It’s game time at Skyriver Falls! Head to the rec loft to play, where mountain views are the backdrop for fun game days. Large picture windows frame beautiful views and let in lots of sunlight on those nice days. It’s also a great viewing spot for fall colors and the wonderland of winter. Challenge someone to a few games of pool or have fun on the shuffleboard table. Between games, make yourself comfortable on the sofa (doubles as a queen sleeper) and watch shows on the big screen TV. There is even a narrow bar table where you can have drinks and chat between games.

Theater Room | Media Tower
Another fantastic and entertaining space, the theater room is packed with comfortable seating for a group. Gather here to watch movies on the 85-inch TV with a Blu-ray player, enjoy the mountain views through the floor-to-ceiling windows, and stay cozy in front of the electric fireplace. Have a drink at the table in the corner, play some cards between shows, or let the kids hang out and watch a movie here while the adults chat downstairs!

Bedrooms
After a busy day in the Smokies, the luxurious bedrooms of Skyriver Falls will welcome guests home. The 6 bedrooms have private bathrooms so guests can easily get ready. Bedding across the home includes 5 king-size beds, 2 triple twin-size bunk beds, 2 futons, and 3 queen sleeper sofas (one in the rec loft and one in the theater room). With custom furniture, high-end finishes, and TVs in the bedrooms, you’ll find all the comforts of home – and more. There is also a full bathroom in the pool room and a half bathroom on the entry level, and the main bedroom suite boasts direct deck access.

Outdoor Spaces
The outdoor spaces at Skyriver Falls are arguably the best place to be! Pictures don’t do this incredible lodge justice, from the gorgeous portico that offers covered arrivals to the miniature golf course overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains. Spend time unwinding on the 2 spacious decks that boast plenty of seating, outdoor dining, and more.

Chat and relax in the chairs around the firepit on the patio as the chef of the group tosses steaks on the grill nearby. Soak in the bubbling hot tub after a rousing game of miniature golf – all overlooking unbelievable views.

Across the 2 decks, patio, and miniature-golf course, find plenty of places to sit, hang out, play, and enjoy the best of mountain living. String lights make this a nighttime hangout spot, and there is another firepit on the deck. Parking includes a flat, paved driveway with space for about 6 vehicles!
